Rental Charges
Weekly rental is $3,300 per week in school holidays and $1,900 per week outside of school holidays.
We take a minimum of 7 night bookings.
A $750 bond is payable with the rent and is refunded when the cleaner gives the all clear after departure - usually within 3 days.

At The House
The house is equiped with the following:
* Four Bedrooms (Upstairs 2 king beds, downstairs 2 x 2 single beds) * Split Cycle Air Conditioning* Miele Gas Stove* Miele Electric Oven* Large Fridge* Dishwasher* Cultery, Crockery and Pots & Pans* Nespresso Coffee Machine (Please bring capsules)* Toaster, Kettle, Blender, Hand Mixer* Outdoor Gas Webber BBQ and BBQ Area* Washing Machine* Clothes Drier* Iron and Ironing Board* Bluetooth Stereo Speakers* Large Flat Screen TVs with DVD Players in both Living Room and Master Bedroom* Indoor Dining Table for 8* Outdoor Dining Table for 8* Two Full Bathrooms (Upstairs with bath and shower, downstairs shower only)* Three Toilets* Outdoor Hot & Cold Shower for after beach* Garage for 1 car, off street parking for 2 cars Finally, the house has a fully equipped gymnasium Please bring your own linen (bed sheets and towels, etc) Also, Telstra and Optus get mobile coverage at the house but at the moment Vodaphone doesn't!

No Party Policy
We want you to have a great time and fully enjoy Elizabeth Beach and our house.
However, we are walking distance to the Pacific Palms Surf Club and a short drive from the Tiona Function Centre: Both are booked out well in advance hosting big functions. We have had issues with big wedding groups or special birthday parties returning to the house after the function venues close.
We have a strict "no party" policy. Of course the up to 8 guests that book the house can enjoy it as much as they want...but please no extras.
We have a wonderful circle of close neighbours who live permanently nearby. They let us know immediately of any big parties at the house.
So please, if you plan a big party, save yourself (and us) the drama by booking elsewhere.
